Soon to be X Living with Mistress and Friends

My X is 46 and living with a 22 year old and has an apartment at this parents. The X and mistress float between residences with the boys. He agreed that the boys would not sleep over, but they spend all their time at the mistress home with the rommmates. How do prove this is a bad situation for my sons?

The standard is the best interest of the children. That said you have to show that what your ex is doing is not in the best interests of the children. Do they act in an immoral manner around the children? How old are the boys?
