getting an x-girlfriend out of your apt and her child
Xgirlfriend went to north carolina and left her 10yr old girl with me. what are my recourses to get the child out of the apt and make sure the mother does not want to come back to Pennsylvania and live with me. She & child moved up here in Sept. I am not married to mother and don't have legal custody of child. I am afraid mother is going to say child was abused while she was gone-my brother is in this situation

No matter what you do its going to get ugly.
You should contact Children & Youth Services and report mom. She abandoned a minor child as such the child could easily be declared as dependent and Children & Youth would take custody of the child.
It will not help mom to claim you abused the child as the next question will be why did she leave the child with someone who would abuse the child.
