Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have a one year old son. My sons mother has four kids only one of them lives with her. When my son was born, from the hospital he's been living with me ever since. His mother was also staying with me briefly. Now she stays with her sister, she doesnt have a stable place to lay her head. My question If the Mother threatens to take my son from me can I disagree? since he's been living with me since he was born!

I assume that you do not currently have a custody order. When there is no custody order, each parent has equal rights to the child, so if she picked the child up for a visit and didn't return the child, then you would have to go to court and plead your case on why you should have custody.
You might be best served by having a consultation with an attorney as you may want to file for custody now. THis way, you will have a custody order in place that will protect your rights.
