Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have two young sons (7&5) their father and I have not been together for 4.5 years. Since the break up he has had two children with another woman and they currently live together in new York city. He does not see my two children more then a handful of times a year. I do not keep them from him he just does not seem to want to come around. I haven't dated much since the break up because I have a crazy work schedule and always have my children. I recently started dating, we have been together for about 6 months now. I introduced to him to my children. When the father of my boys found out he flipped out on me. Telling me I am not allowed to bring my boyfriend around his kids until he meets him. I am not allowed to invite him to my house even if my kids are not present. He told me if I do he will stop paying child support. Do I have to obey his wishes since they are his children?

The short answer is no. If he wants t try to make something of it he's going to have to come to a Pennsylvania court to do something about it.
The children are not his. You are suppose to determine these issues as co-parents.
