Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

Divorse

I just got out of a jail august 26 and have been sperated from my wife for over a year now and i would like to devorise her, and move on in that aspect of it. How do i get the papers and or what not do i do? i'm just trying to figured out how to get the ball rolling and what to do? thanks
