Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

Fmla starting 1-1-08

We own a small company that now has over 50 employees. We became eligiblefor the FMLA regs on 1-1-09. We have an employee out since 9-07. Are they eligible for FMLA?

You asked about FMLA leave.

Any attorney would need much more specific information about your business in order to provide any useful advice.
