Fmla
If i am on fmla because of wife's surgeries and my employer (county government) decides to privatize my department while i am off work on fmla, would i still have insurance, would i still have job guarantee, or is their obligation finished with the privitazion?

Unlike private sector employees, one with a government job has a privacy interest in that job, the value of which could be pursued by able Counsel in the event of your administrative dischrge.
