Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

I live in the state of PA. Am I covered under FMLA if I have a medical condition that requires me to visit Dr's more to monitor my conditon?

It depends upon the size of your employer. It must employ 50 or more employees within a certain geographic area. See www.dol.gov for good information about all the criteria for elegibility.
