Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

Im looking at purchashing a home next door to my girl friend which is 10 feet away , she put a pfa on me i never harmed her in any way she was the abuser , and acholic,we have yet to have the hearing on the pfa order , can she leagly keep me from purchasing this place? Or keep me from living next door?

You asked about buying a home near a PFA subject.

Technically the subject of the PFA cannot prevent the target of the PFA from buying a home within the PFA perimeter. But you are legally prevented from entering the perimeter or occupying the home while the PFA exists. The subject of the PFA doesn't need to do anything beforehand. While the PFA exists it is incumbent on your to prevent any PFA breaches.
