Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

my wife is pregnate and we are having issue during the pregancy. Doe this qualify me for intermittant leave when she is having the problems. I am missing a lot of work due to a lot of Dr appointments

What qualifies as FMLA eligible can be very fact sensitive. You have not provided enough for a definitive answer. This is the kind of situation that can be covered . You should talk to your HR department and articulate your need. You should not rely on them figuring it out.
