Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
My 23 year old son lives in our house and wants to learn tatooing. He wants to start by doing some free tatooing of friends, doing the work in our basement.
My question is whether my wife and I, as owners of the house, are liable if any of his friends were to develop an infection, which led to serious complications, from the tatooing.
