agreement

me and my life partner entered an agreement stating if our relationship was to end he would get 50% of the value of my home,we recently split and he moved out he now is harrasing me and wants to get a lawyer,we were never married ,there are no gay rights in PA,i never threw him out he decided on his own to move on,am i liable to this agreement?the home is in my name only

You asked about splitting equity in a home subject agreement in a relationship.

This will be an interesting case and I doubt anyone would even venture to guess the outcome without all the information. And then it would only be a guess.

This is a classic case of asking how much justice can you afford?
