Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Fifth amendment at a deposition

Can I invoke the 5th amendment at a deposition in a lawsuit in which I am not a defendent? I've been subpeonad by the prosecution and want to be a hostile witness. I favor the defendent.
