Appeal small claims judgement Media PA

I was awarded a judgement for $8,123.24 in district court Havertown PA. It is being appleaded. It is a open & shut case

yet I may need an attorney to represent me going forward. I need someone who will do this on a contigenent basis. If interested please let me know via your answer here. Thank You

I would need to know more information about the case. generally if a case is taken on a contingent basis the client is responsible for all costs incurred. This can include deposition fees, and other costs. Also depending of the nature of the claim you may need witnesses to testify or experts.

Not all cases are necesarily open and shut. This case would at the very least require a complaint, possible discovery or response to discovery, atendance at an arbitration hearing. If you would like to to provide more information I could give you a more definitive response.
