Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Appeals Court Entry of Judgement of Non Pros

I lost and appealed a small claims court judgement ($1300) regarding a doctor's bill, within the 30 days time period. Certified copies of Appeal were sent to the doctor and to the District Justice as required.Doctor had 20 days to answer (file a complaint). It's been 70 days.Nothing filed from their side. Still am receiving dunning notices from the bill collector. First one, prior to appeal, referred to the judgement against me. After the appeal, dunning letter was standard boiler plate format.

What do I do next? Do I file a Motion to Dismiss or

what?

Thank you for your consideration.

the appeal papers form the Dist. Just. should have included a notice to the Dr. to file a complaint. If that notice was properly given, you are now in a position to move for a "non pros"
