Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I was helping (no employment contract) a gay who had a cleaning business.Because I was checking my e-mail address on the computers company which we did the cleaning, they broke the deal and this gay lose the contract with them.Now he wants to pay him all the money that he invested in business.What can i do in this situation?Do I own him money?I mention that the gay bought the franchise from a company so basicaly he lost only that contract not the business.

First, be careful - are you saying a "guy", or a "gay". Second, THINK - does your question past the "stink test"? Does it make sense that this guy can sue you? HAS he sued you? In the future, if treat others as you want to be treated, and you try to be reasonable with others, then chances of you having problems, let alone being sued are damn near ZERO! Also, in the future, ONLY worry about the things you KNOW are problems, the number of things that could be a problem are infinite! He can fire you, but he has no claim against you.
