Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Bench Warrant about to be issued for contempt

I was ordered to have financial liens removed (both mine and my x-wifes) on a home (in NJ) both owned by my us that I signed over to her in a divorce settlement approx 9 yrs ago. The liens are post divorce settlement. I never appeared for the hearing (I know, I'm stupid) I was given 7 days to satisfy the liens by the judge, or, a bench warrant for contempt is to be issued for non performance or something like that. My x-wifes attorney contacted me today, and said that he will be contacting the court to have the warrant processed for my non compliance. I do not have the cash to satisfy the debts, and will not for a while. My questions, first is:

If I live in Pennsylvania, and the warrant is issued in NJ, can they arrest me in Pa. for contempt.

second: Is it possible to have this order reversed, for I believe if her attorney did his job correctly the first time, the liens would not have been placed. (he did not ask me to sign over the deed until 3 years ago.

third: In the event that it is reversable, is there a specific motion I could request.
