Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Please help, bought a car had for a year, went to get it inspected all 4 electric windows do not work, took it back to the car dealer ship where i bought it. he said he did not know they did not work they did not work. so when i bought the car they told me i had to buy a warranty to cover repairs as long as i owend the car when i told him about that he said it was only good up to 100,000 miles when he sold me the car it had 109,000 miles on it i want to know if i can do anything legally?

If they worked when you bought the car then if they break after that it's your problem.

I would have to know was the car sold with any kind of a manufacturers' warranty or a third-party warranty? When did the windows stop working? Before or after you bought the car? Did you have the car looked at by an independent mechanic and get a CAR FAX report BEFORE you bought the car?

Generally, if the windows stopped working after you bought the car and the car was sold as is, you are stuck. Many of the third-party warranty dealers have fine print in their agreements and find a way to exclude claims from coverage - I consider them worthless junk.

Next time, get these agreements reviewed by me or another attorney before you buy the car.
