Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
I bought a truck about a month and a half ago but the thing is there is a lien on the truck and the guy said he was going to take care of it and now he's avoiding my calls and not getting back to me. I was just wondering is there anything i can do now?

Pay off the lien and sue him. Or try to take him to court and seek rescission - you give the truck back and he gives your money back. He has probably spent your money though and at least you have the truck.
How was it that you bought a truck from him without getting the title and knowing that there was a lien on the title? You should never never buy a vehicle until the guy provides you with a clean title or a lien release letter if the PA. You might want to check with the PA DMV:

Did you get title at all? How much is at stake?
