Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Break and Enter ORder
My husband has recieved paperwork reguarding a break and enter petition due to a reposession that was done last year. What can my husband due to avoid that situation, if the creditor will not take a payment plan, and if they want more than he can give them. Will we have to file for bankrupsy.
