Re: car accident
definetly call my firm for advice. there maybe a products liability case against the manufacturer of the vehicle or if there was a prior accident, then the car dealership maybe liable if we can prove they knew about it and failed to dislose it (if the accident was on a CarFax report or some other report).

You need the services of a reputable attorney. There are multiple claims that need to be pursued, and the quicker you begin, the faster you can get everyone involved to pay for their mistakes. I would be happy to discuss this case with you and help you get started.

Re: car accident
There are few 'good' explanations for an airbag's failure to deploy in a serious accident. Whether it was the manufacturer, a later mechanic, or a salesman, there's no good reason that in this day and age a vehicle with a defective or spent airbag should be on the street.
You should consult a personal injury / products liability attorney. Keep in mind that, for most tort claims in Pennsylvania, the statute of limitations requires a claim be filed within two years of the accident, which means you need to find an attorney well before that (to have time to investigate, research, et cetera).
My firm handles product liability cases (including those with automobiles), and you can certainly contact us. Otherwise, you can find attorneys through, among other resources, this website or your county bar association.
