Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Car

My ex-boyfriend's car is in my name. I also have the insurance in my name. He has been the one paying for the insurance and using the car but does not have the title or anything. We had a falling out and am trying to use the car as leverage. Is it mine or can he take it? He has the keys.
