Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

child support law

I am curious if I have a case against the state of PA they never enforced my fathers child support he owes over 20,000 this hurt my quality of life as i was not able to attend college and in order for me to make more money i need a college education. also the office in PA is under investigation because they haven't been doing their job. do i have a case against PA.

You have no claim against the state of Pa due to immunity laws. However, you may be able to obtain the past due support never paid by your father. Please contact me if you want to pursue.
