Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

my 13 yr. old son pushes another child age 12 because the other child was ridiculing him. other child fell into a parked car required 4 stitches. today his mom handed me hospital bill of 313.00 as she doesnt have insuranceto cover it. Am illegaly obligated to pay this. NO police record was filed, amd i can not afford this bill.

You are only responsible if you know, or should have known, that your child has a propensity toward aggressive behavior to others.
