Once a civil case is appealed in Pennsylvania, how long does it take before it gets before a judge?

It depends on the court from which the appeal is taken. If the case was tried in the Court of Common Please, and appeal to the Superior Court can take a year. If the case was tried in arbitration, it takes about 9-12 months before you get in front of a judge. If the case was tried in Municipal court, the wait is usually shorter. It all depends on the court you are appealing to.
