What are the laws on recovery of Civil Claims in PA, pertaining to in what means can one collect payments on a civil claims judgment(such as bank accounts, wages, real estate, and other personal properties held by deptor)?

Once a person has a judgment, they can file papers requesting the county sheriff to seize certain property of the debtor, or attach his bank accounts. Certain property is exempt, such as tools used in the debtors business, jointly held or marital property and other items. Further, in PA a creditor cannot garnish a debtor's wages.
