Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Cleaning service damaged furniture

I've recently had my carpets cleaned by a well-known

cleaning company. They cleaned the carpets while my

cousin housesat. While they were leaving, the cleaning

solvent spilled on the arm of my couch and left finish-

removing water marks on the coffee table, which is now

ruined. I called and explained what happened, the

company blamed it on the cousin that was there and

refuses to speak to me now. They don't accept my

phone calls to discuss the issue further. No waiver of

responsibility was asked to be signed before cleaning

either. What can I do to have them claim responsibility

and replace the $99 table (I have the receipts from it, it

was only a year old)?
