Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Court of Common Pleas Civil Action

After filing a complaint in this court the defefdent has 20 days to file an answer... if they fail to file an answer, am I required to notify them that the time has run out for them to answer....or what is the next step........

yes, there is a 10 day default notice that must be sent prior to filing a default judgment
