Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Can I ask the court to vacate a judgement that appears on my credit report if the bank that won it no longer exists and it's been over 5 years?

No. The bank may no longer exist, but another bank bought up their assets and would be an assignee of the judgment. The 5 years just means that it cannot be reasserted as a lien against real property. It stays in effect for 20 years for personal property. The judgments never go away unless you pay it or settle it and it is marked satisfied.
