Re: damage at dealership

The first question is the dealer ready to do what is necessary to repair the damage?

If not then you have to find out what it will cost to repair the damage. That way if they don't offer to either repair the damage then you'll know how much to ask for if you have to sue them.

Before going the law suit route ask them to repair the damage. If this was a car they sold you and it is a new car you should contact the zone office for the manufacturer to see if they can help.

If all that doesn't get them to make you whole then you are looking at going to the district justice and filing suit. You also may wish to look in to the consumer protection laws concerning automobiles.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me the initial consultation is free.
