Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My daughter has been influenced, and lied about all summer. Name calling, you name it. She comes home crying all the time because or our teenage daughter. My daughter is 12, and the other girl is about the same age. She has been spreading routers about her, calling her vile names based o her ethnic background, she is asian, being called an asian whore, she's has been forced to avoid certain social activities due to this girl. Her latest stunt was taking a picture of my daughter walking home from the bus stop. She got her from behind, and when posting it online and messaging others, hatefully circled her behind. Her parents refuse to talk to us about it, and went as far as closing the door on my husband. My daughter has taken the higher position by not retaliating against her, and keeping her mouth shut. She is upstairs now getting calls from others at school about this picture that is going to go all around the middle school. What are my legal options? I am tired of this going on.

When I first read this the word bullying came to mine. Upon reflection I notice that this person was attacking the reputation of your Daughter. Under the Pennsylvania Constitution you have a right to reputation. That is no one can try to give you a bad reputation. People who do that can be sued and you can get a judgment against them. See as the tortfeasor is a teenage girl then her parents would be named in the suit, While there's no guarantee that will make the other parents straighten up and fly right. One can only hope a swift kick o their wallet might help.
