Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My daughter attends a daycare - in which she was left outside.....the 2 teachers were fired.....and as I sat in the manager's office ....she promised me that they would put in an outside camera and change the procedures to include a child count- the child count now exists - but no camera has been installed....it will be 1 year in May since the incident. what can I do to assure they follow through with this?

You may want to change day care services if they don't install a camera. You may want to tell them that digital video cameras are very cheap these days.
