Defamation of charcters
I have received hate mail from an individual, and this same individual has text an individual making the the same daminging comments about me that corrolate with this hate mail, I have received through the US postal.

You have a few options, all of which we can help you with. 1. You can file a private criminal complaint for harassment if the harassment is serious enough to be criminal; 2. you can file for a restraining order if the actions are serious enough to warrant a restraining order, 3. You can also have an attorney write a Cease and Desist letter. The last option is the cheapest and often most effective method. A Cease and Desist letter warns the person that unless they stop their behavior immediately, you will take legal action against them and seek attorneys fees. We can help with this.
