Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

DOE Compensation To Nuclear Workers

Last fall I tried to join the Dept. Of Energy settlement to Nuclear Workers that US Congress passed legislation to cover. I was told that it only covered ''weapons'' manufacturing and that I would have to pursue it through broadening the legislation to cover my area of employment. I worked on a DOE contract that involved handling ''Highly Enriched Uranium''.I worked for Westinghouse Electric Corp. on the NERVA Program [Nuclear Engine For Rocket Vehicle Application]. I along with other former employees have contacted various forms of cancer. Would this be best handled as a ''Class Action'' to pursue. Could you identify an attorney in my area that could handle this problem?
