Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Fee Agreements
Are fee agreements required? My husband cannot remember if he signed one and we asked our attorney to send us a copy of it over a month ago and he hasn't responded, but he has been deducting money from our retainer.

Re: Fee Agreements
Fee agreements are required. The lawyer will respond to your request for one very quickly if you
ask him if the failure to have one is an ethical
violation.
