Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I feed several 7 or 8 feral cats in back of my house. Now the neighbor put a letter in my mailbox telling me that they are

spraying on her property and she is going to get an attorney and sue for damages. I cannot afford to get them all spayed, but plan on taking them to the humane society , but I only have two traps and this will take me a while. Can she sue me for

a cat spraying on her porch? Also she said it is against the law to feed them, I have been feeding them thru the winter and thru the spring. Thank you for your advice.

OK assuming shes going to hire a lawyer. She'll have to pay that attorney. Ten assuming she's going to be able to prove it's one of the cats you're feeding. If she can do that then she will have to prove how much she was damaged. She better hope the DJ isn't an animal lover.
