How to find someone

I wanted to know if it was possible to find someone that has recently enrolled in the United States Navy, and if so, how can I find someone that has just enrolled into the United States Navy?

The Judge Advocate General's office can provide you that information. You can look through the blue pages in the phone book or try the US government website.
