forms for replying to being sued
recently i received notification that i am being sued and I would like to know if there are forms that i can use to respond to this with
out going to court I realize that i have a shorttime to respond (20 days)

Although you must respond to a Common Pleas lawsuit within twenty (20) days, there are no specific forms to use. The response differs depending on the facts.
