Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Fraud

I was in a relationship with a woman whom was offering me a live-in relationship by providing her help financially. She would keep enticing me and afetr many months of providing funds and not moving in, I found that she had a husband or boyfriend that was controlling the whole situation for their financial gain, and they set it up like a business. I would like to know if there is any authority that I can report this fraudulent act too? If so, who?

She may be guilty of theft by deception. However, before reporting her to the police, you should speak with an attorney to see if you may have violated any laws and to arrange immunity. I offer free consultations.
