Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Hi I am a freshman in college and a situation has accrued today. My friends and I all received an email from another student and he made email look like a legit legal document about Cease and Desist saying we were harassing him and his girl friend which we haven't the school officials do know about this. My question to you is can we get him for harassing us using a false document and for fraud of a legal document.

What do you want to get? If you want him to stop doing this speak to the school authorities. If that doesn't work, cal the police. As far as suing anyone over this, you would have to prove damages, and frankly, the case isn't worth enough to warrant a lawsuit.
