Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Okay so my friend bought an engagement ring for his girlfriend (at the time). He did do a proposal. They broke up about a year later. When they did.break up he asked for the engagement ring back and she wouldn't give it too him. So in saying that he got super depressed and wanted everything that reminded him of her out of.his life, he stopped paying for the ring and it went into collections. But, if he still wanted the ring back could he still take her too court too get it back?

Yes. Unless the ring was given on a holiday. If it was, then it could be considered a gift.
