Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
A friend of mine owns a rare car and her brother took it more than 20 years ago saying he was going to store the car for her. He refuses to give the car back and told her if she tries to get it he will destroy the car. He will not allow her on his property and the police have been no help. The title is in my friends name and she has the keys but is afraid of her brother. What can be done, she is 79 years old and the car was a gift from her father.
