General Prothontary Listing

After many many delaying tactics of the Plaintiffs, the court has listed Order to Transfer or Strike Listing. What might that mean in general?

That would depend upon your court system. Carefully read the body of the order. It should set out what will happen. In general a transfer is different from a strike.
