he wants the gifts back
i was dating a guy and he bought me a t.v , and gave me a laptop to write my book in , and now he broke up with me he wants everything back, do i have to give it back to him, he has filed charges

It will be his burden to show that what he gave you isn't a gift.
By filed charges what kind criminal? Or is he asking a DJ to order you to give them back to him. In legal terms that's called replevin which has to be done in the Court of Common Pleas.
