Gifts

I have recieved gifts from a recently ex girlfriend.She is now asking for them back or payment for them.Is she legally entitled to them if she can produce reciepts even though they were given as gifts.

She would have to prove they were not gifts. Other gifts that may be conditional like engagement rings might be recoverable, but if they were just gifts like birthday presents and such she has no claim on them.
