Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Not sure who to ask?

My girlfriend is a senior at a large university. Last semester her professor/advisor made unwanted advances toward her. She reported it to the university and thought they handled it(They called it sexual harassment). They gave her a new adviser, and everything was fine. Until about a month ago when her new adviser started asking questions about her last adviser. Since then the whole department has been treating here differently. She was also told by on of her other professors that the head of her department told him that she was trouble. She has been a Dean's list student all four years, and is a Student Ambassador(less than 1% of students are nominated)and has been the departments best tutor since she was a freshman. Anyway, I know you don't have all the facts, but should she contact a lawyer, and is there anything there. Thank you for your time.

Re: Not sure who to ask?

She should definitely consult with a lawyer who concentrates in sexual discrimination cases. You should contact your local bar association and they will provide you with the names of attorneys who specialize in this area of the law.
