Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

golf accident

I hit a man's car while golfing with a golf ball. Bad shot! Anyway, instead of calling me to file the claim with my homeowners, he went and filed with his, paid the deductible, and now wants me to reimburse him. Am I required to do so?

Wouldn't you have had a deductible with your insurance company anyway??

Technically, he could sue you to recover any out of pocket expenses, including the deductible and costs of suit. Make him a reasonable offer....
