Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

i went to see my grandfather at a nursing home.we(my mom,dad,brother,and a friend) got there and he was saying he couldnt breath and he told my mom to call an ambulance.so she did.there was a np there who came into the room an told me an my mom to leave.my grandfather said we didnt have to leave so we didnt.she grabbed my arm an i said dont touch me.i got a sitation in the mail that said i said i was going to beat her face in when i said no such thing. can i sue that nursing home and the cops?
