harassing from neighbors
I live in a country area and have an underground fence for my dogs. i have a neighbor who drinks and has parties all the time. they are always trying to call the dogs, wistle for them and bark at them. So far the dogs have not broken the boundry but what happens if they do and bite the harassarers?

They will probably sue you. Better to secure the dogs when the neighbors are drinking.
