Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Harassment and threats by a Philadelphia Attorney
Dated an attorney a year. Broke up one year ago.
Email from him recent voicing political views. Fifty-five others on that list.Responded my view to all of list.
He accused me emailing ''women'' on list to solicite info about him. Provided no proof due to bogus name and email addresses. Also I received emails from women on his list revealing personal information about me.
Twenty two emails over two week period stating ''criminal'' and ''civil'' charges against me on bogus emailing. Reference to recent case he acted on. Plantiff committed to psych hospital. Asked if I wanted to know accomodations there to check it out.
Two weeks later email nullifying all he threatened.
This occurred during a crucial time while I building my consulting practice. He was fully aware of that. I began treating for anxiety with my physician due to physical and mental exhaustiion.
Being an attorney he knew threats could not be acted on. My concern is there. Utilizing legal knowledge inappropriately to harass another.

I'm not sure what your question is. You seem to be saying that your lawyer used confidential information he had about you inappropriately. If that is the case, he has violated the lawyer-client privilege and you should report his conduct to Disciplinary Counsel of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Penna.
